I'm so glad you wrote this piece, Robin. One of the biggest reasons that I had to move to Scotland was to get to know my Grandpa and to have my children know him. I know that I could never have had the closeness that you had with him, but I feel blessed by knowing him. And my children remember him. That's important. Thank you.

Very nice Uncle Robin. Makes me wish I had been older when I knew him, so he could have told me this kind of stuff. He was always very kind, supporting whatever childish passion I had been possessed by to the best of his ability. Plus, his paintings were beautiful.
